RVC supports disruptive companies from Eastern Europe in developing IT-technology-related products and markets by offering help in a number of areas, including process validation, regulatory affairs, technology integration, market development, promotion and networking in EU & CEFTA. One of our key roles is to help companies connect with real-world IT environments in Western Europe for commercializing their innovations.


Our approach


We generally offer establishing a common Swiss-based sales company for commercializing start-ups’ products & services on international markets, specifically in EU & CEFTA. We are investing in the promotion of ready-to-market production, while providing our startups with experience and both huge network of reseller and final clients, that have multinational presence.

Our decision making procedure consists of following 3 steps:


First step
Brand-Building and Adaptation

The sales company adjusts the product to the local specifics in terms of both technical and marketing requirements.

Second step
Demo versions launch & proof-of-concept

We take the products & services to the markets by installing demo versions at potential client’s facilities to adjust the business model and product configuration to both local requirements and client’s needs. At the same time, we are organizing road shows and presenting the product to a broader audience. We are also elaborating the procedures for customs as well as transport & logistics options for future deliveries to the most promising markets.

Third step
Full operation

Normally we are starting with an anchor client, who offers us gaining real experience in both market acceptance as well as business model. Once started, RVC and/or our network is offering funding solutions like factoring and leasing. At the next step, we also may attract funding for the mother company and/or establishing an assembly facility in the EU.
